All contents published on Prompts Hub (including logos, UI design elements, visual styling, illustrations, text descriptions, and site code) are copyrighted and owned by Sharma Technologies or our licensed partners.
Regarding user-contributed AI prompts:
- User Ownership: Registered contributors retain all ownership and copyrights to the original prompt text they submit.
- Usage Rights: By publishing prompts publicly on Prompts Hub, contributors grant other platform users a non-exclusive license to copy, save, customize, and execute these prompts in external LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for personal or commercial applications.
2. Notification of Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that any prompt or material hosted on Prompts Hub infringes upon a copyright owned or controlled by you, you can submit a written notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
To file a valid takedown notice, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If your contributed content has been removed due to a copyright infringement notice and you believe this was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification.
Your Counter-Notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with applicable laws, Prompts Hub maintains a strict policy to suspend or terminate the accounts of contributors who are repeatedly flagged for intellectual property infringement.
