• Content Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over any prompt content you create and submit.
• Licensing Grant: By submitting content to Prompts Hub, you grant Sharma Technologies a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to store, cache, display, run, analyze, optimize, and distribute your content across our platform and associated APIs.
• Representation: You represent that your submissions do not infringe the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.

4. Acceptable Use of the Platform

Your use of the Service is subject to the following rules. You agree not to use the Service to:

1. Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
2. Publish or share prompts containing hateful, offensive, harmful, defamatory, or highly sensitive content.
3. Submit prompts specifically designed to bypass LLM safety guardrails (malicious prompt injections, exploit generators) with intent to harm.
4. Scraping, crawling, or downloading database records in bulk without explicit written consent.
5. Create duplicate accounts or use automated scripts to manipulate copy counts, likes, or rankings.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Premium Plans (Future-Ready)

Sharma Technologies may offer premium subscription tiers, advanced prompt metrics, ad-free viewing, or exclusive developer templates.

• Pricing & Billing: All pricing terms will be clearly displayed on the payment screens. Subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly) via our third-party processors.
• Refund Policy: Terms regarding cancellations and refunds will be governed by the specific billing policies presented during checkout.
• Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing tiers or add new subscription requirements upon giving reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
